Keep on truckin' with the holiday crafting
Finish organizing craft space in basement
Get rid of pumpkins (what? They weren't carved, they're not rotting or anything!)
Ponder the stocking question (we have three, none of them match, and it's pretty pathetic)
Finish the Peppermint Jo-Jo's cheesecake without getting caught by the kids
Mail a bunch of packages
Make dentist appointment for the kids
Sort through this year's photo collection

I didn't get everything done last week, but I got some stuff done that wasn't on the list, so that's good, right?

This week's adventures in adulthood include:

~~Paint a swatch on my bedroom wall with sample packet of paint (Ralph Lauren "Blue Mesa") and see how that looks~~
~~Figure out how to felt something with a front-loading washer~~
Get Daisy's Halloween costume in order
Get that stuff from last week listed on eBay (using fancy new iSale software)
~~Speak to someone about possible freelance gig~~
~~Pitch a story idea to someone~~
~~Organize the big box of art supplies I've been hoarding~~
~~Get handtowels to match new bath towels~~ (chocolate brown, very cushy)
Mom's birthday present, now most definitely late. Not just tardy, LATE.
~~Line up a babysitter for this weekend~~

It's shit I gotta do. It's a shit list. Hurray!

~~Call Goodwill to arrange pickup of some furniture we're donating~~
~~Call the gardener to get a quote for yard care for both houses~~ (yeah, we still own two houses, yikes)
~~Help Molly with her book journal, due Wednesday~~
Hang the girls' ceramic nameplates on their bedroom walls
Photograph a few items and get them listed on eBay
Mom's birthday present (it'll probably be late; sorry, Mom)
~~Don't forget Daisy's school pictures are Wednesday! No hobo clothes that day!~~
~~Finish that last lingering bit of laundry, fold and put away~~
~~Bake some bread~~
Stock up on the craft supplies necessary for our fall decorations (the return of the princess punkins!)
Get Halloween costumes for ~~myself~~ and Daisy in order (Molly and Dug are taken care of)
~~A daily dose of exercise~~
Start seriously pondering holiday gifts (handmade category)
